Carrie,
In responce to your post, what is the exact gain in each baby?
Sounds like it may be 20 grams a day or more.
There might be a problem with Down Syndrome ? ! If this is true
the question should be answered.
What are the babies head circumferences and
neurodevelopment doing?
Others might be able to answer this, if the larger baby is fed
first would this increase the amuont of fat the smaller baby
gets?
