Dear Colleagues,
I know that there is lots of different information in the archives but I
need advice.  I will starting my own private practice and need some good
general resources for setting up the documentation, billing and specifically
how to set up my own web page and obtain a www.??? site.  Do you just
register your name and what do you look for in a registering company?
Anyone who has some good info, please email privately since many of you
already know this information.
