It is even more like the "old days" when I traveled from Puerto Rico to the
US.  As we entered the plane, EVERY ADULT PASSENGER was given a small pack
of 3 cigarettes.
I use this example in my trainings about breastfeeding and why we have been
losing the battle... or at least not gaining as we had hoped, thanks to the
formula gift packs.

In addition, I tell them of the advertisements I used to see on TV - a
physician proclaiming the importance of asking his patients to smoke this
particular "low tar and nicotine" brand.  Whether he was a real MD or not
is immaterial - the man was dressed in a white lab coat and was introduced
as a "Dr."
