No, that legislation...the Breastfeeding Promotion Act...is not law. It has
been lingering in committee for years. There is protection on federal
property, but no national anti-discrimination law protecting breastfeeding
moms and children in all places of public accommodation, such as
restaurants, grocer stores, and airplanes, or places of employment.

I thought such legislation already exists. The question is educating the
public. The best way to do that is to nurse in public "early and often." The
more it is done, the less of a big deal it becomes.
