Jan,
I am behind in posts so someone may have posted this idea already. When you
describe her large breast I wonder if the larger glass flange may be more
helpful than changing pumps. There have been some theories that with large
breast the lactiferous sinuses are higher up and the regular flange just can't
stimulate adequately. The other approach would be to have her switch pumping;
5 min first side then 5 on second, back to first for 8-10 min then to second,
watching for good sprays.
I heard a rumor that the pump companies are thinking of having the larger
flanges in plastic so easier to get and cheaper.
Hope you work this out.
