Hi there. What is Flucloxacillin? Is it similar to Dicloxacillin? I am
thinking that either this mother has not been treated with the right
antibiotic, or that it's not mastitis. I would suggest that you take a look
at the Sore nipple/breast section of Newman and Pitman's book, The Ultimate
Breastfeeding Book of Answers for some clues. Do you think she might have an
abscess? Has she been evaluated by a dermatologist?

Best, Kathleen
