I don't have much experience with this, but it seems to
me that you want to ask general questions that will give
you info about the interviewee's general approach. How does
she think about patients, how will she learn about OB care,
When I have been interviewed for jobs, I have been asked
hypothetical situations and how I would respond to them.
There are no right or wrong answers, but it gives you an
idea of how she thinks about things and whether that jives
with how the department, or you, think about things.
