Great suggestions Laurie & Michelle,

I already replied to Laurie that since there was no fever, body aches or
nipple damage I don't think the antibiotics really were needed and she
hasn't been on them that long. I was thinking yeast but the pain comes
after the feeding (that is why I was thinking refilling). If what I
suggested doesn't help (lecthicin & NSAID's for a couple of weeks to get at
pain before it gets bad) then culture should be tried. She said it wasn't
pins & needles but like knives stabbing her whole breast (so I was able to
rule out vasospasms) and always a couple of days apart after a feeding.
