I'm a little behind on posts but wanted to comment on the gratuitous 
slap at LLL in Slate's article on breastpumps.  All it says in the 
Womanly Art is that some women may not need a breastpump.  It doesn't 
say you shouldn't use one, it doesn't say you're better if you don't use 
one, it just says don't buy one if you don't think you'll need it!
I am astounded at how many buttons are pushed by the Womanly Art of 
Breastfeeding.
