Hi all,
Breast shells can be useful BUT the number of women who have told me-
"I could not BF because I have inverted nipples"
" I  have flat/inverted nipples so I have been told its is going to be very difficult to BF"
None had either, all BF without any real difficulty.Once they understood that a baby BREASTFEEDS and does not suck a nipple, gained confidence and did not give the difficulty a second thought. Who decides that a womans breasts are abnormal? What is normal? Until many women breastfeed their nipples do not stand out proud!!

Bye the way are their any fellow IBCLC's in Germany I could mail, as I moved here 3 months ago and would llike to make contact. I live in Bonn (former capital). Mail me either way.
