I have a chart that I made for nurses in well-baby clinics to use for the
first phone call of a new breastfeeding mother. It helps assess of the
breastfeeding is going well or not, in order to decide when the mother
should be seen.  If you are interested, I will send you a copy.

Dear Colleagues
Looking for phone triage tool.  Specifically for calls coming in as opposed
to calls that the practitioner initiates.
Are there standard tools that are used in other settings i.e. a pediatrician
practice that can be used in a service that handles calls from families that
have breastfeeding problems ?
Which call would carry a greater liability the one that the practitioner
initiates(" how are things going?") or the one in which practitioners
address  the questions ,  concerns or problems that are called in to the
practitioner?
