Lots of babies are 'happier' once they are not breastfeeding - this happens
because of several reasons, for example:

* breastfeeding has been ineffective (poor latch, poor supply)
* the baby has not been fed *enough* because the mother is frightened she
doesn't have enough milk/is spoiling the baby/is trying to get into a
routine

Actually, these two reasons often go together.
