  I think all of us that work in a hospital setting has these same things
going on.
  I find that the staff members that I work with that have breast fed cann't
understand
   what the big deal is.     They have not learned that you can not always
apply your
   success or failure to your patients.

  I am also fighting to make head way with the Neo's.   I some times feel that
  they cann't wait to tell the mom it's time to give a bottle.
