I have a LLLI help form question from a mom of a 9 week old who is starting
an exercise program to lose weight. Her "trainer" (can you guess she's from
California?) is telling her to eliminate all sugar and dairy products and use
a powdered nutritional suplement that is 35% calcium per serving. He wants
her to only eat 1800 calories/day. I thought the recommendation was 2200 to
2460 to lose weight, that 1800 was the minimum safe intake. Her baby was 7lb
13oz at birth and is 14 lbs at 9 weeks. She doesn't say how much she weighs.
;-) I have the info from the BAB to send her, but I'd like any other
thoughts.
Thanks!
