Has anyone else tried the IBLCE home page and got the "not authorized to view this page" message?  Anyone know what's up? 

What is the best way for parents to find a web page, phone number, etc. to locate an IBCLC in any given area?  The IBLCE web page is just a registry and no contact info.  I want to include "how to contact an IBCLC" in something that I'm writing that's going out to various parts of the country.  

It would be nice to have a referral area on ILCA's web page!  I know they were thinking about it at some point.
