A colleague of mine had a great idea.   She has given her staff a cheap small spiral notebook to keep in their pockets.  When ever the Lactation Consultant consults with one of the staff's patients if the staff goes in also, she gets credit in her notebook.  Thank-you Tina.

I haven't tried it yet but plan to.  I'm told that nurses can rack up the time quickly while already on shift.  I'm looking forward to doing this.
