I have never seen a baby as bad as this one sounds, but I have seen babies
who are losing weight despite normal output and good milk supply. These
ones have been found to be allergic or intolerant to something in mother's
diet - most commonly cow's milk protein. ? soy formula as a trial, just to
try to get some calories to stay put.

I hope you find a solution for this poor mum and her baby. She must be ever
so worried.
