As far as I know, once she has taken the meds for 7 days she is no longer
considered acutely infectious.  Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me to
have baby room-in and NOT nurse, the nursing, antibodies etc is what will
protect the baby!  Baby will also receive treatment, if positive.  Both BF
Answer Book and Lawrence say if it is safe for baby to be WITH mom, then it
is safe to BF!!!  "Antitubercular drug therapy is generally considered to be
compatible with BF, mother and baby's blood drug levels may need to be
