And then the mommy feels slightly faint when the hot water hits her body  and 
her blood pressure drops, and the slippery baby slides through her relaxed

In our litigious world, this looks like an accident waiting to happen, to  
me. Yes, in a perfect world, this would be nice. However, it is not.
 
Maybe if the patients were perfect (no crack addicts, no demands for an  
epidural at 1 cm, no families insisting that baby get a bottle so it can "eat  
something"), the nurses could be more perfect.
