Search the JHL archives from about 3 years ago? 2006?
Search "hospital staffing" for a well-researched article about hospital staffing based on annual numbers of Level I couplets, NICU admits, and various other Lactation Services.

Can any of your hospital-based L.C.s share what your staffing is?
We are close to budget time and if anyone could share this would be very
helpful.
If you could include what your birth rate is, are you a level II or III
NICU? What is your NICU admit #?
Are you considered a high-risk maternity center?
We deliver about 5,000 babies a year, are a high-risk center with a
Level III NICU with more than
800 admits a year. We have about 3.2 FTEs if that helps anyone too.
Thanks a bunch!!
