I'm hoping Liz Brooks or someone who really tracks the law on such issues can verify is a law against mothers selling their own milk.  I have never heard of such a law.  I know that there was a website that enabled parents to hire wetnurses in California.  Seems to me that this could become a restriction of trade if only large corporations are allowed to sell milk and individuals are not.
