Hi Alicia,
One idea for the baby who keeps popping off and screaming after about 10
minutes could be as simple as he just needs a good burp.  My daughter,
second child, did just that when she was a baby.  She would pull off,
scream bloody murder, but then after a good burp she would be fine.  She
has always had a strong personality, which might account for her
reaction. :)
