    I think that the first step is to request a complet list of meds that
will be used adn then have each one checkd adn referenced. Many LC's carry
Briggs Freeman abd Yaffe's : Drugs in Pregnancy and Lactation. Newer Drugs
sometimes pose a problem but we are very fortunate here on lactnet to have
some excellent pharmasists adn the esteemed Dr. hale who has been tremendous
in sharing information and explaining.

    It is important to keep in mind that you are a consumer adn you are
paying for a product. It is often difficult in medical situation, especially
ones of need ...but, ask you md. to listen to what is important to YOU>< and
request that he be willing to hear infomration that he may not be familiar
with.,
