     Have a look back through past issues of JHL, and you will find some case histories in the regular Human milk Banking feature.  I believe a prescription is needed.  There are people on Lactnet who can put you right on details.
    I'd be very chary indeed about arranging milk donations informally, for a number of reasons - a whole range of ethical issues, infections, etc.  In my humble opinion, I'd rule that option out.
