Hi all,

I think Helen Armstrong's post on using a syringe as a nipple puller was
very relevant. In my part of the world the cost of one pigeon nipple puller
could feed a family of four for a day or three. We need to think globally.

As Helen mentioned and I would like to stress: obviously the first thing to
do is put the baby to the breast and see if it can the job. Syringes and
pullers are last resort tricks.

Kind Regards
