To all who get frightened every time you get another email forwarded with
scary information about viruses or medical "facts":

Please go to the site <http://urbanlegends.about.com>
or do a search on "hoaxes" to find other sites.

These sites will tell you that what you are passing along is a big hoax. You
are doing exactly what the perpetrators of the hoax want by clogging the
airwaves and mailboxes with this stuff when you send it on to everyone you
know.

The "asbestos in tampons" story is another one of these hoaxes!! We would all
help each other by checking out these scares before sending them on.

Also, rule #1: NEVER open an attachment without verifying that it is "real"
and from the sender. That is how the real viruses are passed. Rule #2: Get a
good virus scan program and keep it updated.
