Sometimes I can be SO naive!
Believe it or not, I've never seen the BACK of one of these formula
company crib cards, until today. I was dumbfounded at their statement
about how they provide the best nutrition and the mother shouldn't DARE
change the formula or the way it is prepared unless advised by their
HCP.
Why couldn't they stick with a teddy bear or something?????
Funniest thing-the hospital that uses these cards AND the FREE formula
from this company, well, when the moms come to the WIC program, they don't get THAT company's formula. So there. Seems to defeat the purpose.
BTW, someone proposed a while back that we HELP the formula companies
figure out how to market their stuff.HUH? I couldn't understand the
question at all.Did any of you lactnetters have the same problem
understanding why that was posted to Lactnet??
