This mom should stop pumping, probably gradually, dropping one pumping a
day or every other day until she is no longer using the pump routinely.
The pumping is at least exacerbating if not causing her oversupply.  Once
she has weaned off the pump, if she still has an oversupply, she could
try using just one breast at each feeding.  Check out the literature from
Australia, esp Breastfeeding matters, by maureen minchin.  Apparently
oversupply is more of a common problem in Australia.  good luck from:
