handler bare om melk er som å si at seksualitet handler bare om sæd' but
that isn't as quotable for most of you, I guess.  

Norway is the home of the sport of orienteering, in which you run around a
course in the hills and woods with a map and a compass and have to check in
at all the stations on the way, and you compete to see who can complete the
specified course the fastest.  Consequently there are a lot of metaphors
about maps and terrain not matching - the one about the swamp and the
mountain was my spin on it, but the idea is not mine. Any Norwegian would
recognize the context.
