Yes, Lawrence does say lipase.  Is there Lactase in human milk?  I haven't
read anything about that -- though not all the enzymes that are present in
human milk are mentioned in all the books.  However, it would seem to me that
if there is lactase present in the milk in the mother, that it would begin to
act on the lactose while in the breast -- not after it is expressed.  That's
not making a lot of sense to me.  Chris, can you help me out here?
