Jennifer, I think you're wise to consider the possibility of tubular
breasts, but also to continue all current measures to improve the BF
situation.  If there is a physical reason for low supply other than damage
post operatively, it will come out.  To my mind it is still too early to
make that call.  As long as baby is getting enough to eat, it isn't
necessary to label it yet.
