HELP! please, I have a client, with severe pain with MER, even when she is
not actually nursing her son. This is her third child to nurse, no problems
with the first two. The baby is 4 weeks old and this pain started 1 week ago.
I suspected some yeast and she and baby are being treated. No problems with
latch. MER is fairly forceful and baby clenched gums rather than pull of.
This was corrected by positioning. Mom lets down when hearing baby cry etc
and thats when pain is so severe. I would really appreciate help with
this one.
