I'm not an expert on Xylitol gum, but I run a list for parents of breastfed
children, who are dealing with dental issues in the "baby teeth".
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/veryyoungkidsteeth/
Xylitol is OFTEN discussed there, so while it seems strange to be talking
about having a 2 year old chew gum, on this list, this is a *common* topic
and suggestion, on this list.
You are welcome to join the list, and research through our archives and
files.
I will also pose this question to my list members - they are well
researched, and I'm sure some have considered this question.
