When I worked for WIC back in the early 90's - I did a home visit on a lovely Hispanic mom.  When I asked her to show me how she is nursing her baby - she proceeded to lie the baby on his back,longways on the edge of her bed - she knelt down next to the bed and draped her breast over his face! Sweet-
  I dubbed it the "Praying Position" !  But seriously, this amazing, creative woman knelt down for every single feeding! How dedicated was she to nursing? Needless to say after applauding her - she was happy to learn other positions.  I'll never forget her.
