I'm working with a mom who has a 5 month old that is becoming fussy at the breast. From her description (haven't met them yet) it sounds like he may be teething causing him to be impatient waiting for letdown to happen. In doing an initial question interview over the phone she stated that she is BF 4-5 times/day. Lots of wet and soiled diapers. Is this enough feeds? Do some babies get their 25-30 oz with this feeding frequency? There is lots of info during the early days but not later.
