Hello to all.  I just wanted to say that lately the conversation on Lactnet
has been stimulating.  There has been less doctor bashing and more
discussion of cases and solutions.  This forum is a wonderful opportunity to
link experts with experts and to teach students and novices.  It is very
important to remember it is a PUBLIC forum.  Others can read it.  It
therefore has the potential on any given day to be a public relations
disaster for LCs. I hope that the recent trend toward professionalism and
polite discourse continues.
