A request for information if I may. Are there any nurse/ midwife IBCLC's out
there who have gone through the process of becoming Nurse Practitioners. I
am about to undertake this long and arduous application process here in
Victoria (Australia) and part of the requirement is to provide comprehensive
clinical guidelines for pretty much everything we do. In particular,
guidelines that cover possible extensions to practice such as writing
medication prescriptions, referrals to specialists, ordering radiography and
pathology and admissions and discharges to a medical facility. I would be
very grateful for any information/ help
