Thanks everyone, I was swamped with emails and haven't gotten all the way 
through all the emails yet, but I think I have enough potential volunteers 
with a broad range of interests to get me through the fifth edition. 
Everyone should hear from me by the weekend.

What I do need , however is more ideas about what physicians need to 
know/say/do/ don't do about breastfeeding. If you have a personal rant now's 
the time to get it off your chest to a place wwhere it might actually get 
fixed. I'll send a copy of the fourth edition to the best emails I get.
