Hi, I just took time to find that website for Rep. Carolyn Maloney.  It is a
new one I received November 30th, 1999.

Her site has been nicely updated.  And when you get to the site on state
legislation, notice which bills have been 'enacted'  the others would still
be pending. (unless, of course, someone would know of their own state
finally passing one.)  I've double checked the spellings, but if something
is wrong I will repost correctly.

I realize many of you will already have this information, but for the ones
that don't I will post the e-mail address for the federal legislation
