Wic is only supportive in some agencies,in some cities, in some states.  NOT
EVERYWHERE!  I know, I worked for WIC for 15 years until I got so burnt out
I couldn't do it anymore.  Also, that "enchanced" food package amounts to 1
more gallon of milk, and extra lb. of cheese, 2 lbs of carrots and 3 cans of
tuna.  Not exactly a graet incentive to breastfeed!!
