I did get a sample of the new Purlan from Medela. I was puzzled about the 2 new ingredients which are called C8/C10 triglycerides and beta glucon.  I understand that this was done to make the nipple cream softer.  I did some research on the Internet and found out that the first may be a medium chain triglyceride (MCT oil?) and the second is a polysaccharide.
