This is primarily for the Australians among us.
Our health authority is modifying the Triple P Parenting Program for use
locally here in Canada.
I have been given the task of commenting upon their Crying and Sleep
handouts for infants.
The handouts clearly recommend early pacifier (dummy) use and that infants
should not be fed at bedtime after approximately 3 months of age.
I know this program is widely used in parts of Australia and I wondered how
these handouts fit with the baby friendly community assessments, etc.
I would greatly appreciate some additional perspectives.
thanks
