Hi,

I just finished an artikel about breastfeeding with pierced nipples te be
read by Dutch mothers.

You can beastfeed with pierced nipples, it does not directly influence your
milk production. However when there have been complications with the
ppiercing e.g. infaction or inflamation there is more scar tissue and a
graeter chance of les sensitive nipples or highly senstive nipples. Both can
result in lower milk suply because signals are not comming through and les
oxytocin ans prolactin is made.
Also when there is al lot of scar tissue this can push the milcduts close so
the milk can't come out and a mastitis can occur.

Most common is te pierce a womans nipple horizontaly beneath te milk ducts.
This way there is little damage to the ducts. When the nipple is pierced
verticaly there is usualy al lot of damage.

If you like to recieve the information I used to come to these conclusions
please e-mail me privatly.

Writing in English is hard for me, please forgive me my errors.
