I am not following the case study perfectly well, and it seems this happened
one year ago, but if the baby was put to breast betweent the birth on june 1
and the mastitis diagnosis on june 16, it could be the baby who had the
group b strep first (well i guess the mom carried it vaginally first) and
then the mom got the germ from the baby, and got mastitis.
