If the implants are behind the muscles, then likely there is little
disruption in the breast anatomy. Where is the incision? If submammary
(under the breast) this should cause little disruption as well. My opinion
is that the mother has a high probability of primary mammary hypoplasia, or
whatever you want to call it, lack of  glandular tissue. This is evidenced
by small breasts (to me it is more pertinent to see how they are shaped and
developed, not strictly the size), and assymetry.
Removal of implants is not necessarily a simple procedure. I would not
recommend removal at this time, but would support her in her bf and milk
production activities as you are already doing.
If she wants the implants removed in between pregnancies and next lactation,
that would be a consideration. Ruptured breast implants are a serious
matter, and can happn as the implants age. She can talk to a surgeon about
it. I don't think it would improve her next lactation performance other than
the benefit of another pregnancy and lactation on breast growth. These are
my opinions only.
I wonder, has anyone considered using herbs during the interval between
lactations or during pregnancy to enhance positive breast changes? What
herbs would be used/ I beleive some are given during pregnancy, right?
