What problems did this baby's sibling's have?  What was their growth
pattern?

Could there be a metabolic disorder?  (Baby getting plenty of milk for
an average baby, but his metabolic needs are above average?)

How about trying blessed thistle?  A couple posts recently have
suggested that it improves fat content of milk.
