Just re-read Maureen Minchin's April post referred to by Michele

 and when I read your post, it seemed logical to me that chronically
overdistended ducts might very well contribute to inflammation of the
nerve paths and cause referred pain.

Though I know what I myself use as my own "standard protocols" for
reducing oversupply, will you be more specific about:

<I use the standard protocol for reducing oversupply of breastmilk.>

and references for same?
