I was also thinking that you could photocopy the AAP's statement.
Underline the stuff about no supplements in the first few days and give
to parents and to the pediatrician.  This comes from other
pediatricians, the "establishment", and your pediatrician will be hard
pressed to explain why he's right and nature and the AAP are wrong.
