Sorry to be obscure and thanks to Janice for giving a concise overview of
the IMBP (I assumed everyone knew about the ethical issues surrounding this
organization).  It seems incredibly predatory to solicit donations for Haiti
in particular because the logistics of actually getting breastmilk from the
US down there safely seem insurmountable.  Yes, they are encouraging moms to
give to HMBANA right now, but the implication is that soon they'll be ready
to collect donations themselves (and line Prolacta's pockets).
