Laurie, this is ubiquitous.  I would suggest doing a search in the archives
for Marsha Walker's great posts on this subject. There are specific ethical
concerns that can be brought up to help with this. Why reinvent the wheel?
Marsha Walker has already done the work on this one, and she has done a
